REDEVELOPMENT
We have several ongoing major projects within the Southwest, one of which is the conversion of upper floors of a listed building into 8 executive apartments and includes ground floor restaurant.

NEW BUILD
We have just completed the erection of four dwellings in East Bristol that comprise of 2 bedroom apartments, completed within budget and within time scale.

In February we shall be commencing a contract consisting of the erection of 5 town houses.
